Parker Paulson grew up in Las Vegas in a family involved in pest control. He founded Major League Pest Control around direct contact with customers and a service area that includes Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Centennial Hills, Aliante and Henderson.

## Choose the schedule, understand the scope

The family-owned business offers service every two months, quarterly service and one-time treatments. Its website publishes starting prices and describes plans without long-term contracts. Recurring coverage lists scorpions, ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and wasps.

The two-month plan includes interior and exterior treatment. The quarterly option is presented for properties with lighter pest pressure, while a one-time visit can address a current problem without starting a recurring plan. Customers can ask the company which scope fits the property and the pest involved.

## Commercial spaces get their own plan

Restaurants, warehouses, offices, homeowners associations and rental properties appear among the commercial customers it serves. A walkthrough precedes a custom quote, with scheduling arranged around the business rather than simply copying a residential calendar.

Paulson describes being directly available to callers or having them speak with someone he trained. The company's published service promise includes returning between scheduled visits when covered pests return, with the details to be confirmed when arranging service.

Nevada's pest-control program records independently connect Paulson with Major League. The business's own site identifies him as its owner and operator and provides his business email alongside the local phone number.

For someone requesting service, the useful starting information is the property type, location and pest activity they have observed. Major League offers a property inspection and quote, with after-hours and weekend arrangements available by request according to its contact page.
