Mark Trujillo founded Hub Coffee Roasters with his children Joey and Jessica in 2009, starting in a small garage at 32 Cheney Street in Midtown Reno. The independent roasting business has since grown into several Reno cafes. Its current locations include Riverside Drive, Meadowcreek on Wedge Parkway and the RED development, with a separate Vassar Street roasting facility that is closed to the public. ## Following the coffee back to the farm Hub's published story names relationships with Colombian farms including Finca Las Nubes, Las Veraneras and Monte Bonito.
