The Better Business Bureau lists her as principal of TNA Construction, Inc., which does business as Fast Affordable Air, and the Clark County Clerk holds a fictitious-firm-name certificate for Fast Affordable Air in her name, filed January 2023. ## What the shop fixes Fast Affordable Air’s website lists air-conditioning repair, maintenance and installation, furnace and heat-pump service, ductless mini-splits, thermostat replacement, and commercial heating, cooling and refrigeration, including walk-in coolers. It says it serves the entire Las Vegas Valley, with offices in Summerlin, East Las Vegas and Southwest Las Vegas, each with its own phone line, and lists its hours as 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The company says it has been doing this “for the past decade in Las Vegas.” The BBB profile gives a start date of June 2004 for the business and December 2009 for its local start, and rates it A+ with no complaints in the past three years; it is not BBB accredited. Those dates do not match each other or the website, so this page gives no founding year. ## How it sells The website makes several promises, and they are the company’s own. It says that if an AC repair does not bring cold air back, “you owe us nothing.” It offers a free in-home second opinion on someone else’s repair or replacement quote, with 15 percent off a repair or $200 off an equipment install, and discounts for customers 55 and older and for veterans. It says it employs no salespeople and that technicians train at least four weeks a year. Its maintenance visit is a 41-point check. The site also quotes a flat $135 for installing a thermostat.
