Founded in Henderson in 2022, the Valle Verde coffee shop describes its purpose in terms of everyday hospitality: coffee, thoughtful food and a place where people can spend part of their day. ## Lovely Mempin and the Henderson shop Co-owner and creative director Lovely Mempin has discussed the business with local organizations and in Las Vegas business reporting. Her hospitality background informs a cafe that puts food and community activity alongside its drink program. Coffee, matcha and specialty drinks anchor the menu. Scratch-made bagels and pastries give the kitchen a distinct role, while seasonal offerings draw on multicultural flavors. The result is a cafe whose food changes with its own menu development rather than serving only as an accompaniment to espresso. Evergreen's published ethos also describes how it approaches employment and its place in the community. It lists paid meals and breaks, time off and professional development among its commitments to staff. Those are the shop's stated operating values, rather than an outside certification. ### Room to stay a while The space provides Wi-Fi, charger rentals, games and a little free library. Event-space rental gives it another use beyond individual coffee visits. Local reporting has also described Mempin's interest in connecting with other entrepreneurs through small-business pop-ups. These details make the Valle Verde location more than a counter for a drink to go. A visitor can bring work, browse a book or meet someone over a bagel, while an organizer can contact the business about using the space for a gathering. The current menu is the place to check which seasonal coffee and food combinations are being served. ## Contact Evergreen Coffee 40 N Valle Verde Drive, Suite 100, Henderson, NV 89074 [Business website](https://evergreencoffeelv.com/) Researched October 1, 2026.
