The commercial washers come in four sizes, from a 20-pound machine that holds about two loads up to an 80-pound machine rated for eight, and every wash cycle runs 22 minutes. Dryers come in 30-, 45- and 75-pound sizes. The shop is open every day until 10 p.m., with the last wash at 9 p.m. ### Good to know before your first visit - **Paying:** cash (there is a change machine), credit cards, tap, Apple Pay and Google Pay. - **Soap:** the machines are high-efficiency, so the shop asks for liquid detergent and a light hand. Pods and washer beads go straight into the drum, never the drawer. Detergent, bleach, dryer sheets and dryer balls are for sale on site. - **Parking:** two lots, one in front off Buffalo and one in back off Flamingo. - **House rule:** customers may not pull another person's finished laundry out of a machine. Only staff move it, to a cart at the back of the store. The space is air-conditioned and has a restroom. ## Drop it off instead The wash-and-fold service is priced by the pound. The shop's site lists $2.25 a pound for in-store drop-off, detergent included, with a 10-pound minimum. Laundry dropped off by 2 p.m. comes back washed, dried and folded the same day. Pickup and delivery is $3.00 a pound with a 20-pound minimum, and those orders are returned within 48 hours. Pickups are requested through a form on the website. ## The family behind it Owner Chris Maes has lived in Las Vegas since 1992 and has run a construction business since 2002. He is a father of four, triplets among them. The family's French Bulldog, Hank, doubles as the laundromat's unofficial greeter, and Maes writes that Hank never turns down a belly rub. ## Contact Clean Freaks Laundry Services 4011 S Buffalo Dr, Ste B108, Las Vegas, NV 89147 [702-267-8936](tel:7022678936) (call or text) [info@cleanfreakslaundry.com](mailto:info@cleanfreakslaundry.com) [Business website](https://cleanfreakslaundry.com/) Researched September 26, 2026.
