Behind a room dressed for a wedding or holiday celebration is a practical business of design, inventory and installation. Rosa Corral built Byanca's Events & Décor in Las Vegas from a smaller decorating and planning operation into a company supplying event rentals and décor to local families, planners, hotels and casinos.

The company identifies itself as Latina- and woman-owned, with Corral still its founder and owner. Its work includes floral décor, linens and props, taking an event from an initial visual idea through the finished setting. Weddings form one part of the business, alongside birthdays, baby showers, corporate gatherings and seasonal installations.

## A family operation with defined roles

- Corral's son Derrik manages accounting, financial tracking and reporting.
- Office manager Perla Casillas handles scheduling, vendor coordination and contract organization.
- Marketing and graphic design are led by Erna D'Amelio, whose work includes presentations and visual material for clients.

Those roles matter when décor involves several suppliers and a venue with its own timetable. The company's own description emphasizes working with other Las Vegas event vendors, while Resorts World independently includes Byanca's in its preferred event décor and floral directory and names Casillas as its contact.

## Start with the room and the occasion

The inquiry form asks for the event date, location, planner, event type and guest count, plus the proposed color scheme or theme. That information gives the team a concrete starting point for discussing the setting and requested items.

The office is at 3651 West Ali Baba Lane, Suite 103. Visits require an appointment, and the website publishes weekday office hours with a direct phone and client-services email. For someone planning either a family celebration or a business event, the company's combination of rental inventory, floral work and decorative production brings several parts of the room into one conversation.
