Brandon Fritch started Busy B in 2005 after working as an owner in a national cleaning franchise. He built the Las Vegas company as an independent operation, with its own standards and direct responsibility for the facilities it cleans. Despite the Groundskeeper wording in its full business name, Busy B Groundskeeper and Floor Care does not provide landscaping.

Its work is commercial cleaning, janitorial service and floor care. Offices, medical practices, hotels, retailers, schools and property managers are among the customers described on its website. The company serves Las Vegas, Henderson, Spring Valley and other parts of the valley from its Highland Avenue location.

## What happens after the crew leaves

Busy B explains its approach through several specific practices: keeping a consistent trained crew at a facility, using documented checklists, conducting supervisor inspections and maintaining direct communication with the customer. Its emphasis is on repeat service and accountability across an ongoing account, rather than treating each visit as an unrelated cleaning job.

Floor work has become a distinct part of the business. The company's history records an expansion into specialized floor care and hard-surface restoration in 2008, followed by tile-and-grout restoration work. It later added medical-facility cleaning and enhanced disinfection services. Those capabilities let a customer ask about both routine janitorial work and periodic attention to surfaces that need a different process.

Fritch remains identified as owner and founder on the company's current site. Prospective customers can call, text or email the local team for a quote. The published service information separates the kinds of facilities served from the company's cleaning methods, giving a property manager a starting point for discussing the building, cleaning frequency and specific floor-care needs.
