Igor Montano opened Black Rhino Tattoos in the summer of 2020. His account describes starting in a 640-square-foot space near Nellis Boulevard and Sahara Avenue, then expanding in 2022. Southern Nevada Health District records independently connect Montano with the business.

The studio's website introduces its artists and provides examples of their work. Montano identifies himself as both owner and artist, with a goal of welcoming people getting their first tattoo alongside experienced collectors.

## A range of styles

The published menu includes black-and-gray realism, fine-line designs, geometric work, neo-traditional tattoos and custom lettering. Cover-ups and touch-ups are also offered. Clients can look through the artists' portfolios and discuss an idea with a particular practitioner rather than relying on the shop name alone to choose a style.

Walk-in consultations are welcome during regular business hours. Customers can also contact an artist directly to arrange a conversation. The website supplies downloadable release forms and aftercare instructions, along with a route to request an appointment.

The business's founding story is documented in its own account, while the health district record provides separate evidence of the owner connection. Its current service information describes a custom-tattoo studio with several artistic approaches and a consultation process before the work begins.
