At BikeBrain, the fitting comes before the bicycle order. The West Cheyenne Avenue shop uses an ID Match motion-capture fitting to assess a rider’s position, then specifies a bike around the result. That can mean choosing the stem, handlebar and crank dimensions before the bike is assembled.

## Eric Broussard’s fit-first shop

Owner Eric Broussard is a Las Vegas native whose cycling background includes racing since the 1990s. He established BikeBrain in 2020. The business combines a selected showroom inventory with bikes ordered and built for individual customers, rather than limiting a purchase to whichever complete setup happens to be on the floor.

The shop’s listed brands include Factor, Orbea, Pivot, Wilier and X-LAB. Its range covers road, gravel, mountain and electric bicycles. Orbea’s own dealer directory independently lists the business, while Bicycling has identified Broussard in coverage of the local cycling community.

### Fitting, building, maintaining

The fitting uses three-dimensional motion capture and is described by the shop as a roughly forty-five-minute process. It is available as a service on its own as well as alongside a bicycle purchase. Customers ordering through the shop can discuss cockpit components and crank length as part of the build.

Mechanical service is another part of the operation. BikeBrain lists support for Bosch, Shimano and Fazua electric-bike systems, as well as components and suspension from companies including SRAM, Fox and RockShox. Its staff page separates fitting, service and sales responsibilities, with Eric handling fitting and Oliver in the service department.

The current showroom is on Cheyenne Avenue near the northwest valley’s residential neighborhoods. A fitting appointment or conversation with the service team gives riders a way to work through an existing bike’s setup, an equipment problem or the details of a new build.
