Dmitry Peligramm owns Appliance Masters Repair, a Las Vegas appliance-service business whose technicians are also its owners. The Better Business Bureau independently identifies Peligramm and the company. Its current website describes a straightforward sequence: diagnose the problem, provide an estimate, obtain approval and perform the repair.

The business works on refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ice-making equipment. Its service descriptions go beyond the appliance names, identifying the kinds of components and symptoms customers may need help with.

## The problem inside the machine

For washers, the company discusses drainage, cycle and control issues. Dryer work includes drying problems and vent-related concerns. Refrigerator services cover temperature problems, dispensers, gaskets and compressors. Dishwasher descriptions include drainage and air-gap issues.

Ice-machine work is a separate part of the offering. The company lists cleaning, pumps and control-board work, and describes pickup, repair and return for equipment handled through that process. Customers can ask which arrangement applies to their particular machine when contacting the business.

The estimate-and-approval sequence gives the customer a point to understand the proposed work before it proceeds. The owner-technician structure also means the people doing the service are directly connected to the business, rather than the company being presented solely as a referral directory.

Appliance Masters publishes a business email and a service phone number for inquiries. Its Las Vegas business record and current site establish the local company and named owner. A customer can describe the appliance and symptoms, then discuss diagnosis and the next steps with the repair team.

The specific component lists are useful for understanding the firm's scope, but the actual cause and repair decision are established through the service visit and estimate.
