## Wedding photographs with an experimental streak

AltF Photography is the Las Vegas business of John Michael Cooper and Dalisa Cooper. Its work ranges from intimate elopements to large weddings, alongside family and individual portraits. The team is based locally and also travels for destination events.

John Michael’s reputation developed around an unconventional approach to wedding imagery. His independent PartySlate profile identifies him with the “Trash the Dress” concept and records a 2017 WPPI Lifetime Achievement Award. The same profile describes Dalisa’s role on the business side, drawing on her background in publishing and wedding-industry marketing.

The company’s present website separates wedding photography from family portraiture. Its family work treats photographs as a record of people changing over time, while the wedding offering spans both small ceremonies and more extensive celebrations.

## Portraits beyond the usual session

AltF’s published portrait projects show an interest in experimenting with presentation. “Coopers Cocktails and Monochromatics” uses a monochromatic approach and references classic studio portraiture. The project combines a short session with optional finished products, including canvas and metal prints.

Another listed offering places family mini-sessions at Springs Preserve. The product page describes a brief outdoor session, a selected retouched image and optional print or digital-image additions. These are specific session formats; current dates and availability need to be confirmed with the studio rather than inferred from an archived listing.

Across those offerings, customers can choose between digital files and physical pieces intended for display. A high-resolution image, a canvas wrap and a metal print serve different purposes, and the studio lists those choices separately.

For weddings or a custom portrait assignment, the website’s contact route is the place to discuss the occasion and scope. Its portfolio and blog provide examples of the Coopers’ visual style before that conversation.
