When you call All In Pool Solutions, the website says, you get an owner: Nick Montiverdi or Kevin Arnold. The About page says the two spent more than 15 years in the pool trade before opening their own shop, having watched Las Vegas homeowners get "the runaround," with separate companies for cleaning, repair and equipment, and estimates that grew every visit.

## What the desert does to a pool

The About page lists it plainly: desert heat burns off chlorine fast, hard water leaves calcium on tile and plaster, monsoon dust drops into open pools overnight, and caliche soil shifts under decks and underground plumbing.

## The weekly route

Weekly service, the site says, covers skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, testing and balancing the water, checking the filter and inspecting equipment, with a quick report after each visit. The FAQ says a green pool almost always recovers without draining, usually in three to five days, and that the owners drain only when the chemistry cannot recover or an acid wash is planned anyway.

## Repairs and upgrades

- pumps, motors, heaters, filters, salt systems, automation and lighting
- leak detection by pressure testing, electronic and acoustic listening, and dye
- saltwater conversions and spa or hot-tub service
- tile cleaning and acid washing
- inspections for buyers, sellers and insurers

After a leak search, the site promises a report on exactly where the leak is, what the repair takes and an upfront price. On pumps, its FAQ calls a variable-speed upgrade "almost always" worth it in Las Vegas, saying it cuts pump electricity use by 50 to 80 percent and pays back in one to two seasons on the NV Energy bill.

## Where they work

The service list runs from Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley and Enterprise to Lake Las Vegas, Boulder City and Kyle Canyon, for homes, HOAs, hotels and apartment complexes.

The site says the company is licensed and insured in Nevada and offers documentation on request; it publishes no license number.
